Mailshot Concept
Below is a mailshot idea to encourage businesses to recycle. The mailshot's theme is 'simplicity', from the way it has been designed to the message it's portraying. Co-mingled recycling is a way of converging different recycleables into one container rather than having multiple containers. As Britain's rate of business recycling is not good, the idea of co-mingling in this instance is to show businesses how seamless it is to do.
The mailshot design idea was that of an A5 pre-populated mailshot, with a perforated tear off. The image represents seamless recycling in an office environment.
Left: Front mailshot. When issued, bottom flap would be folded backwards and held to the back of mailshot using adhesive.
Right: Back of mailshot with sales letter, and inside of tear-off flap. When issued, the flap would be folded inwards.
